Delete your YesStudy account

You can ask us to delete your YesStudy account and personal data at any time. We do it within 30 days. Until then you can change your mind.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and password.
• Your access to every institute and batch.
• Your conversations with Aria, and the phones registered for notifications.

What is kept

Your past quiz scores stay with your institute without your name or number, so its class averages stay correct. They can no longer be linked to you. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we keep only that.

In the app

Open YesStudy, go to Account, and tap Delete my account. To cancel, tap Keep my account.

Can’t sign in?

Ask your institute’s owner to reset your password, or write to contact@yesstudy.org from the email address on your account, or with your name, mobile number and institute. We may ask you to confirm it is you before deleting anything.
